What Is The Mother's Day Drawing?
The Mother's Day Drawing is an annual event at Black Mountain Gallery. Around Valentine's Day we unveil a new bracelet especially designed for that year's drawing. With the creation of the new piece, we ask you to nominate the wonderful Mother's in your life to become the namesake of that year's new Mother's Day Bracelet. About a week prior to Mother's Day, we hold the drawing and contact the chosen nominator. This person is awarded the bracelet which is, from that point on, named in honor of their "mother." The bracelet is theirs to give to their "mother" for Mother's Day, or they can wear it in her honor.
This is a wonderful way to honor your Mother(s)-by-blood or by-love.

Who Can I Nominate For The Drawing?
You may nominate the wonderful "Mothers" in your life; whether or not they are your own Mother. Nominate your Grandmothers, Sisters, Aunts, Daughters, Mentors, Teachers and Friends. Nominated Mothers need not be living to be considered for the drawing.
How Many Mothers Can I Nominate?
You may nominate as many Mothers as you wish; however, you may only enter each Mother one time.
How Do I Nominate Mothers In The Drawing?
Use the link below to fill out the "Mother's Day Entry Form" to nominate one Mother at a time. Need to enter more than one Mother? No problem! After submitting an entry, simply follow the link to "Enter Another Mother."

When Will The Drawing Be Held?
The drawing is held in early May, a cut-off date for entries and the drawing date will be announced closer to this time.
How Is The Winner Chosen?
The previous year's winner (if able) will come in to do the current year's drawing. If she is unable to come in then Teresa Lange, the first Honoree of the Mother's Day Drawing, will select the winning Mother. The winner is selected in a random drawing, thus each nomination has an equal chance of winning.
